Cup, sleeve and lid as one tested set, with a peel force measured on your actual container instead of guessed from a resin name.
The dairy aisle is decided by two things a shopper does unconsciously: whether the pack looks fresh, and whether the lid opens without spilling. Both of those are packaging specifications, and both are routinely bought from different suppliers who never speak to each other.
Peel force is the heart of it. A lid that peels too easily pops in distribution and arrives looking tampered with; a lid that peels too hard tears and dumps the yogurt. The correct peel force is a measured range against your specific container resin, sealed at your machine's real temperature and dwell — which is why we ask for your cups and seal them in the lab before quoting.
The visual half is equally practical. Transparent cups need anti-fog lidding or the whole benefit of transparency disappears in the cold chain. Shrink sleeves let one cup serve twelve flavours. And a sleeve, a lid and a carton label that all came from one colour target look like a brand instead of a coincidence.
The families this sector orders most often — and any of them can travel on the same purchase order.

That is our standard procedure. Send us cups or trays, tell us your sealing temperature, dwell and pressure, and we will seal, measure peel force and return the samples with the numbers before you place an order.
Specify anti-fog, either as a coating or built into the sealant, and validate it at your actual storage temperature. Anti-fog is not a universal property; a film that stays clear at 4 °C can still fog on a warm loading dock.
Yes — that is the strongest argument for shrink sleeves in this category. A plain cup plus twelve sleeve designs is far cheaper and far more flexible than twelve printed cup runs, and it lets you add a seasonal flavour without a minimum-order problem.
